Can I earn points on my catering order?

At this time, we do not offer loyalty points on catering orders.

How do I apply my reward to my order?

Add the items you wish to order to your cart. When you go to your cart, click 'Apply Reward' at the top of the screen. You must have the item you are wishing to redeem already in your cart. For dine-in, click the hamburger menu in the top left corner and then select 'Rewards'. Once on the 'Rewards' tab, find the reward you wish to use and click 'Redeem' --> 'Redeem in store' and then scan provide the cashier with the unique code that appears.

How can I tell if I've earned points on my orders?

Open the Tocaya app, click the hamburger menu in the top left corner and select 'Order History’. Here you will be able to view points earned and order history. Your points will show up immediately after purchase. Please note: You will not earn points on gift card sales or orders placed through third parties delivery platforms.
